I am not trying to be a racist here,
but that's the only way to describe this lady working in the Subway near my work.
These days, as I try to lose weight while not exercising,
my only option is to eat less.
And for that, I have been eating just soup for lunch,
a couple of pretzel pieces at work (yeah yeah, sodium, carbs blah blah, but they are very small pieces),
and try to eat dinner slowly until I feel it's enough.
During dinner, out of tiredness and stress,
I used to eat until I can't eat anymore, and that's the main reason I became what I became.
Anyway,
whenever I get tired of eating soup for lunch,
I go to a Subway nearby, since it's the cheapest food I can get value and nutrition wise around the neighborhood - $5 for a foot long sub + $1.50 a bottle of diet coke + tax = $ 6.93.
And I can save half of the sub for my dinner easily...
My other options are:
1) Draegers: I can have fatty soup for $4.75, or a hot dish/sandwich for around $10 bucks.
2) Safeway: Similar choices of foods with Draegers, but more limited with about 3-40% off the Draeger's price.
3) McDonald's: BigMac Combo is around $6 - it's one of the smallest BigMac in the world, I tell ya. And the only vegetabl I get is a slice of pickle.
4) Hi-Tech Burrito: They have good selection of weird burritos, like Teriyaki Burrito or something, which tastes just like Bulgogi wrapped in tomato tortilla. Their carnitas is good, too. But one burrito could be too heavy for a meal.
There are still some places around I haven't tried,
but it's not so convenient to have a take out to eat in the office.
So, I go to this Subway for these reasons,
and these days they hired one Asian lady, and it's been annoying.
She puts very little ingredients on the sandwich.
Like what the hell. It's not her own shop,
she just barely started working,
and a couple more cheese slices or a couple more slices of japaneos or tomatoes doesn't matter on her.
She can't think like that.
She puts only tiny bit asses,
I can barely taste the ingredients.
All her other coworkers are putting a lot of ingredients,
and one Mexian lady is putting almost double of all other regular servers there,
but she is not always there.
How this Asian lady is working over there is very annoying to me,
if this continues, I will look for some other places
or find out her schedule and just avoid her.
Since my favorite there is Spicy Italian, the number of slices of salami and pepperoni matters a lot.
Oh yeah, I even have to tell her put more ranch and honey mustard dressing,
because she only draws one line out of them.
