Old Favorites

For several months, my music playlist has been very limited...

It was generally new age, hip hop, R&B, and rock...
hip hop and rock on my MP3 player while I am walking around,
and all three of them when I am at home on computer depending on my choices.

I could even limit down the singers or bands...
George Winston (hands down), 조PD, 이현도, 김진표, 휘성, Epik High, 50 Cent, Metallica, Smashing Pumpkins, Oasis, Kanye West... Mainly, those are selections...
Other songs are played, but on very minimal situations...

Tonight, while sending some songs,
I had a chance to go through my music collection, which I haven't done for a while...
And that just gave me a chance to review my old favorite songs...

For some reason, when I still didn't like R&B and hip hop,
I was always on sad songs...
And most of them were Koreans, too...
They are still great, but for some reason, I didn't get to listen from them...

I liked 신승훈 and 이승환 a lot... Most of their sad songs... like 오랜 이별 뒤에 and 천일동안... And a couple of other songs I listened tonight... I like my jazz collections. I have CDs of so-called Urban Jazz, which are jazzed up classics...

It was good to hear from those songs again...
So many things I can just smile about... They help reminiscing I guess...
Oh well... Still past feels so important in the times like this...
But gotta focus on the future more...
