A very predictable plot.
Two old men terminally ill try to enjoy the last moments of life, but find home in their loved ones.
But I still found myself laughing and being emotionally attached to the film.
It's either my reasoning is weak now (It is Friday evening, when I gave up going to the library because I was too tired),
Or the two great smooth actors in Jack Nicholson and Morgan Freeman.
But the message was simple:
Live your life meaningfully and enjoy, but don't forget the loved ones, blah blah blah...
But...
why does this simple message resonate some longing and solitude as I lie down on the couch alone...
What am I longing for at this point of my life, that's beyond me.
I'd like to find out, but I don't have the luxury of time and effort for it.
3.5/5
(I almost gave them 4/5, but yeah... it could be a momentary brain fart with today being a Friday and all...This is not my usual 4 star movie.)
