Oh, yes. The title says enough...
Today, I increased my weights for Chest Press, Seat Row, and any other weightlifitng through arms to 120 lbs... It is already a great increase considering that when I was working out in Davao, I hardly did 75...
However, I doubt if my main purpose of working out is about to be accomplished. I think my size is the same, maybe perhaps little tighter in muscular physique... But, I think my weight is almost the same, too...
Sigh...
I think it will be much harder to lose some weight... Anyway, although my biceps and triceps are getting harder (and bigger), it's not also that my upper body is getting into a really good shape...
I do not know...
But today, I extended my gym days for one more month, whichis supposed to expire tomorrow. We will see how things go after a month..
