Since last Saturday, the weather has been gloomy in the Bay - it made me to sleep through 2PM on Saturday.
Today, as I work and look out in the windows, I had this cravings for 해물칼국수 (seafood noodle soup). But actually it felt like any other noodle soup also could satisfy the craving...
So I kept thinking about Seafood Udon and even Curry Udon as well. Damn those sounded hella good.
Damn... I haven't had a decent curry udon for years.
But one minor issue: there ain't no Asian noodle soup place around where I work. This is a huge disadvantage of working in the Suburbia. There is a decent Thai place across the street, but they only got pan-fried noodles, not noodle soups.
Not even a pho restaurant here.
So, as usual, I went to Draegers for some soup: Manhattan Clam Chowder. Lame!!! If they had some chicken noodle soup, then I can make it nice with Sriracha sauce I have in the office, but they ran out of it since I went out for lunch at 1:30 PM.
But at least it was nice and warm.
and now, I have less cravings for some noodle soup now.
It's going to rain tomorrow, tomorrow would be a bigger test.
