Billy Corgan is the genius. I like so many songs from the Smashing Pumpkins. Tonight, tonight is not my favorite, but I still love this song. Most of all, I like the lyrics...
Well, the first part of the lyrics is really great...
Billy Corgan can do all by himself. Plus, this greatest Alternative album every (Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness) opens with this song - after the piano sounds of Mellon Colle and the Infinite Sadness, that is.
Perhaps, except a few songs from other albums, I love all songsin this album. The one I like least might be Jellybelly, but all others are so full of colors of the Smashing Pumpkins like 1979 which continued from Disarm in the album Siamese Dreams.
Believe me, there are more to come, although the Pumpkins are disbanded.
