I was recently told by JYK that Koreans named every 14th day of month for something.
I thought that was a great marketing scheme; very pathetic and childish.
When I first saw it, I had an automatic smirk on my face.
But not so much now.
Hey, you know what...
It's nice to have some stupid reason to give something to someone that'd make two people happy: both giving and receiving parties.
Of course, I prefer non-occasional surprises more.
But I kinda get why some people would keep such custom now.
